“I was so very happy after Madison came to Dunedin. I have been eating at Madison for years now and everything I have eaten there has been outstanding. on 11/29/25 we ordered two pizzas for delivery and the total with tip was 70 plus dollars and that's ok for a great product but, it wasn't, the pizza was dry from little sauce and the lite amount cheese on the pizza, but that can happen by mistake. It's now the next day Sunday11/30/25 and getting ready for Bucs football and time to order food so I'm thinking i will order Madison pizza again to fill the craving for a great Madison pizza that didn't get filled by the pizza I had the night before and to confirm that it was just one time thing. I ordered my pizza and picked it up and came home and started eating it right away so it would be hot and fresh and to my disappoint the pizza is the same as last night, dry and little cheese. I'm going to try it again next week and give it another chance and then come back and edit this review and hopefully have a more positive review. I will still continue to eat the many other Great items on the menu and would encourage anyone reading this review to go and try this place out because over all its a great place to eat with a great atmosphere and very clean.“

“My girlfriend and I were in town yesterday and today and after finding this place, we decided to try it on Saturday. Our server was Ashley and she was extremely nice and made sure we were taken care of. The food was so delicious that we decided to go again the next day before leaving. Ashley was our server again and she remembered us! She was just wonderful both days. The food was equally as good, I can’t recommend this place enough. “Talk about a WOW factor. Must go to place in downtown Dunedin. Look for the Red Train car for Lanes Lemonade. The variety of drinks, soft serve ice cream and pretzel snacks are delicious. Perfect portions and phenomenal tastes for each item we ordered. The staff are extremely friendly and provide quick service. Definitely coming back again when downtown. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. “The place, the atmosphere, and the staff were all great. Free parking is definitely a bonus too. I ordered the grouper sandwich with fries. Everything was really good, even the fries, which are usually pretty mediocre in most places. The only real letdown was the bun. It’s that regular cheap plastic-style bun, and it just ruins an otherwise great sandwich. I’m not saying they need to bake fancy buns in-house, but there are plenty of better options out there that would make a big difference. Taking off one star for that.“

Service food all top notch. if you try the French dip you will never try another French dip anywhere ever again. Fun atmosphere, upbeat.

Food- well $25 for sliced corned beef ( very fatty) and a very small portion of bone-in chicken with decent baked beans, (which were very good) and a small side of garlic mashed potatoes ( not creamy nor hot)

Suggestions? Leaner corned beef, larger chicken portion as well as mashed potatoes ( low cost item to put out, cost pennies to serve larger portion)
$25 price point is high unless above improvements are made.

My friends beef brisket looked like a nice portion and enjoyed.
Will be back and hope management takes review as constructive criticism in a very hard and competitive business-

“We had an amazing evening at the Living Room for my birthday. The food was outstanding and service was on point. Do yourself a favor and get the poutine appetizer! Everything was full of flavor. Only issue we had is we were so looking forward to the Focaccia bread appetizer but the bread was not Focaccia was more of a loaf of seasoned dinner bread. It still tasted good but should not be called Focaccia. All in all we can't wait to go back and try it for brunch!“

Bonnie at the front desk then gave our group a tour of the hotel amenities and shared the history of the property. We finished our evening at the rooftop Hifi Bar at sunset. it was a lovely start to our annual Mother's Day Weekend Celebration and we will definitely be back for Frose and Croquet.“
