I been going here for about a year I’m so glad I found them on Facebook my little one and I go at least once a week if not more. The TEAS, SHAKES, KIDS Hydration drinks and muffins are AMAZINg!!! If you haven't been you need to go! Charmaine and her family team are awesome!
Nutrition that works! I get a Loaded Tea almost daily _Calorie burning 🔥 because I work out a lot and nothing was working. Until I started drinking the tea. It boosted my metabolism, I lost forty pounds! the owner bakes a lot of things in house using the protein powder, you can ask for any of the baked goods to be warmed. bagel bites, mini muffins, cannolis, waffle wednesday, acai bowl fri, sat and Sunday. so much more meal replacement shakes, protein coffee I prefer frozen!...read full review
