We've only had a few issues in the 3 years we've been regulars at this location, and they were most all handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. “We hadn't been to this burger king in years, but husband decided to give it another try today. Yay! We have a burger king again! He said the service was great.. lady at the window was very very nice... the whopper was good with fresh crispy lettuce and onion, juicy tomato.. (fries are still the fries BK switched to about 20 years ago.. but, it's not their fault) Thanks for turning this place around! ♡“

“I love this place!
I’ve been going to this iconic vintage Dairy Queen outlet for the last 20 years. It is THE Dairy Queen for the New Smyrna Beach area, and if you’re driving through and need something, sweet or salty, you won’t regret stopping by.
A number of years ago, they purchased the property next-door and created more shaded parking areas, so there’s usually plenty of spaces available. They also added more outdoor seating, all nicely shaded with huge umbrellas.
If you go on a Wednesday, like I did this week, don’t be surprised if there’s a short wait in the line, because on Wednesdays they have their “$1.99 Banana Split Special”, and they are popular! (Insider tip: Ask for the sprinkled nuts as an extra topping.)

To top it all off, their servers are smiling, happy, friendly people, who will make you feel like you just stepped back in time to the 1970s, when life was simple and wonderful, and when people interacted with EACH OTHER, instead of with a metal & glass contraption that you had glued to your hand. “When I arrived, the GM was staffing the counter. There were arcade machines in a row, which was awesome and kind of blew my mind. I've never been a fan of TF, not because of the quality of the food, but because I never order the right thing (my own fault). The GM patiently walked me through what I might want and helped me make decisions when I was indecisive. The food ended up being perfect for me (the tacos with hard and soft shell combined), as a combo for about eight bucks. I'm full! The quality was perfect, and I forgot to get sauce from the sauce bar (which I was disappointed about). The tacos ended up not needing it, the cheese between the shells and sour cream did the work. Very flavorful, filling, and simple at a great price. Taco Tuesday discount. Extra buck for an extra taco, I had three.

The only constructive feedback I could give is to place a small receptacle near the straws for wrappers. The vibe is that they clean up after you, so leave your trash wherever, but if you're like me you're probably not going to feel comfortable doing that with a straw wrapper on a to-go order. No reinforcing the litter muscle memory.

Anyway, awesome spot, much improved since my last visit to the franchise. I was impressed not only with the food and the manager but also the franchise rules that allow some freedom in operation for creativity. Very cool. Will be back.“

“First time here on our way back home to miami and from the time we walked in a gentleman named Dwayne(sorry if I misspelled it) greeted us with the warmest smile! He made this fast food dining a wonderful experience. You don't find great customer service like this often. He was quick to assist and help clean up after. You can tell he is genuinely kind in nature. The young lady at the cashier was also nice and kind. The food was good and fries were HOT and fresh! This place deserves this long review. “Staff is awesome.
9 -13 -24. My how times have changed. My review is now updated and they get total zero. Last few times in there the staff has been rude and plain nasty. Tonight I went in. There was no ice and soda was flat. No ice tea available. When I inquired about no ice I was rudely told that the district manager turned the ice maker off yesterday. They don't know why and don't know when they would get. The staff has definatly gone down hill. Appears they are hiring from the same place the Burger King down the road gets theirs from. On top of that for second time in a row the fries were cold and greasy.“

“Thank God for Culver's -they're AMAZINGLY GOOD! I had a 3 pc fish dinner and it was yummmm ? After Google maps sent me on a wild goose chase & ending up nearly wrecking my bike (due to storm trees being in the bike path)-I ended up at Culver's again 2 days later & once again I was BLOWN AWAY at the service and food! Great staff & overall experience- you will not be disappointed with the portion size or the taste of delicious food! Great addition to NSB??“
