I’ve called before with no answer, which is cool bc I just stop by (I live across the street) these days many places don’t utilize the phone anymore, it’s an expense + people are busy, but I’ve walked in after the phone not being answered a couple times to place a to go order & see a few staff members & a mostly empty dining room…still no greeting or help with ordering until someone comes out of the back. In general, I’ve found the best experience to be dine in.“

Have tried the Dulce de Leche Cappuccino, Calentao, avocado toast, Brazilian Arepa, spicy beef empanadas, pandebono, and the cinnamon roll and I’d recommend all of them. It is definitely more expensive to actually have a meal there than a quick coffee (I mean, it’s Lake Nona), but worth it if you wanna treat yourself“

“I really like this coffee shop! I’m coming back nice outdoors this coffee shop has decor that has nice empowering to women sayings and body enforcing consciousness. And the ladies were super nice and patient. I had a cold large matcha milk tee and it was delicious and a good value. The entree was a vegan chicken fajita bowl and I ate the entire dish including greens which I usually don’t finish. I will be hanging out here since it’s next to some steakhouse and lounge. I love sitting on the patio people watching and enjoying the Moroccan Mint tea with one of their cheesecakes. And so many options to choose from. We got the Amazing Spring Rolls as an appetizer and No. 15 & No. 27 for lunch. All were amazingly delicious and nutrient dense. “While traveling to Disney, stopped by here due to ratings. They have a small machine that makes the donuts. They were fresh but nothing extraordinary. The front counter worker was polite and courteous. It took about 5 mins to prepare and receive my order. This is a franchise chain, so you get what those usually push out. Not a bad choice for a regular donut, but most supermarkets or convenient stores are on par. No regrets but won't return.“

“The baked goods, coffee, and customer service when open are pretty great! However the only issue I have is the pick up for my cake order. I placed a cake order for pick up at 6:30am. I even called the day before to ensure my order would be ready at that time since they do not open until 7am. I spoke with a person who stated they were in charge of all orders and would move my order to be a priority so it will be ready at that time. There was no specification on where to pick it up on my receipt so I attempted to go through the front door which was locked. This did not surprise me since they did not open until 7am.What surprised me was the workers and baker/pastry chef in the front ignoring me at the door. I knocked and workers just passed by. Without even trying to see why I was there. They did not have any headphones in so I knew not only could they see me but they could hear me as well. After continuously knocking a worker finally opened the door, to which I showed my receipt for my pick up order. After a few more minutes they were able to locate my order but gave no apologies for the miscommunication.6:30am was a time available on the website that worked for me when placing the order. If no one is going to adhere to that, simply remove it as an option.I am aware there is a possibility the workers were not aware of an order being picked up that early, but it is something that needs to be communicated to the staff so the order can be ready at the time inputted. I plan on ordering more cakes in the future, but I hope a procedure is put in place instead of just ignoring a pick up order until continuous knocks are recognized by visible passing workers.“
