We had a Margherita, and a Fig and Prosciutto pizza, a roasted Beet and Goat cheese salad and Olives. The salad was excellent, beets properly prepared and the salad well dressed. We wanted to try a few things so we only got slices but the whole pies looked to be a good size. The pizzas were tasty, nice fresh flavors, crispy crusts. I kind of have high standards when it comes to pizza, so I'm not impressed easily. This pizza...was soooo good. Honestly one of the best I've ever had and all I had was a basic plain cheese pizza. It had plenty of cheese on it and the crispy edges of it were delicious. This place was clearly popular too because people were constantly coming in to place orders or pick up. The waitress was friendly and attentive. When we paid, I think it was the owner, he explained that everything was made fresh at the restaurant. He makes his own sauce from scratch and it was the best pizza sauce I have ever had. I ordered a medium pizza with garlic knots and it was the perfect size for two people with leftovers. I highly recommend this place. Next time I go, I am going to try their pasta. He makes his Alfredo sauce from scratch and also makes a delicious looking lasagna.“

“My family of 5, including our autistic 7yo, went to dinner in their new Kissimmee location tonight. We were greeted immediately by a happy, well-dressed staff and a bright, inviting, and clean atmosphere. We were seated immediately and drink and appetizer orders were taken promptly. This restaurant offers an all-scratch kitchen and everything is made in-house to order. If you dine in, you receive their garlic bites for free. The minute I bit into a garlic bite dipped in their house made sauce, I knew I was in an excellent place. As we dined, it just kept getting better. I worked many years when I was younger as a server in all sorts of restaurants. I consider myself kind of a tough customer. The service, food, cleanliness, and hospitality was unmatched. Truly. They were beyond accommodating and kind to our youngest who was rather verbally loud and non-stop in motion due to his sensory needs. I was so moved by the food, I asked to meet the Chef and both their Chef and Pizza Chef came out and met us so I could rave, in person, about the food quality. This review is the least I can do. Everyone should know about this place. Do yourself a favor and go. Treat yourself. You won't regret it. I've only been once and I feel like family. Well worth the price. All too often I go to a buffet and the food is cold. And it's Italian too. That's different as well. Staff was nice. Don't come to Orlando to eat at a chain. Try something different. You can easily spend $18 on a footlong meal at subway. You can get that anywhere. Try this place out once. Little hidden gem.“
