“I had the pleasure of being served by Jay at McDonald’s, and her exceptional customer service truly stood out. From the moment I walked in, Jay greeted me with a warm and friendly attitude that immediately made my experience better. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and that made all the difference during my visit.
What made my experience even more memorable was Jay going above and beyond with something special—she didn’t just get me one McDonald’s Croc; she surprised me with three! This kind of attention to detail and kindness is rare to find. Jay’s effort to accommodate my request so generously shows that she takes pride in creating a positive and personal connection with customers.
Throughout my visit, Jay maintained a high level of professionalism while still being approachable and fun to talk to. She was quick to handle my order, ensuring everything was correct and fresh. “My favorite place for pretzels. I love Auntie Anne's pretzels. The staff at this location was very friendly. It was amazing to see a young lady (seems to be a manager or assistant manager), she was very efficient, taken care of every aspect of the business... From making sure the shop has enough items to sells, she was training someone, making pretzels and caring for customers and staff all while keeping her cool. Great job!!!“

“Most efficient subway I’ve ever been to. Very clean, friendly, and helpful. This is the first subway where the cash register didn’t ask me if I wanted to leave a tip. Since I had no cash, I thought this was the next best thing - to tell people about my good experience. And management - fix the cash register, the guys are earning their tips!“

“I used to work fast food. I get it's not a job one would necessarily be happy with. But that doesn't exactly mean someone should be ignorant of their own job. It's a common thing here. There's a select few individuals who actually know their job and provide good quality service. However, customer service skills do not reflect their kitchen skills. I order from here frequently because of this. Their pizza is always fantastic. No complaints in that regard.
Vegetarian options: It's pizza that you alter however you'd like. So simply don't ask for any meat on your dish. Even the sauce is customizable.
Dietary restrictions: I have restrictions myself. Whether it is in person or on the phone, simply tell them to add/remove an ingredient and they'll do so.
Parking: It is in a plaza that typically isn't busy. Every time I've been here, I've found close parking relatively quickly and easily.“

“Just wanted to give props to the morning/ early afternoon crew working drive-thru and kitchen. I made a mobile order and they were out of the one thing I was most looking forward to, but they substituted the shell they were out of and it was even better than I had anticipated. Also the rest of my order was accurate and tasty. Sauces, napkins and utensils were all in my bag as well. Everyone was friendly and made this a great experience. I drove off with a smile on my face. “My boyfriends and I visited this location for lunch yesterday and we did not regret. There seemed to be an issue with the technology in the restaurant and I could hear the manager on duty saying she attempted several times to reach the IT department but was unsuccessful. The place was busy, the drive thru speaker was malfunctioning, the ice machine wasn’t working properly all she was also training the cashier. HER ATTITUDE, PATIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALL AROUND EXCEPTIONAL! Not only that, the food was fresh and my order was correct despite my order being a bit difficult ? shout out to the General Manager at this location. EVERY employee down to the guy frying the chicken were extremely polite. Good experience, we’ kk be back TODAY!“

“First time coming here. Won’t be the last. Everything we ordered was great. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant was amazingly clean. We were surprised at how nice the atmosphere is in here. They didn’t mind all of our questions and they also actually gave us some free stuff to try since we are new from out of state. Can’t wait to come back and try something new.“
