“We have always enjoyed stopping in for a treat after we do some wandering around the mall. The staff here has always been friendly and accommodating. I do wish they would keep the seating area a little cleaner and take out the trash more often, as on a few occasions the seating area looked a little rough.“

“I want to start by saying we love this place! My husband and I come here once a week for coffee and breakfast! BUT I will say the owners are not personable or very talkative at all. Sometimes they seem almost bothered or feel as you’re being rushed. The girls who work here are super sweet but again they seem to rush you. The layout of having a line of people order and then back track to get your food is odd. It just causes congestion! Again, we love the food but some of the staff just make it to where I don’t want to come anymore. The whole area was so excited for a local breakfast place but I just expected nicer staff I guess. I will say MaKayla (not owner) is always sweet and a girl she typically works dirty blonde hair and usually a ponytail is SO sweet as well!“

“We went to Pelicans for the first time yesterday and couldn’t love it more! Jeff was absolutely amazing and made the first visit an entire experience! His customer service skills and passion for what he does is is unmatched! Even if the snoball, was awful he made the entire visit! But I promise you it was the best snoball I ever had!!! “Today was our first visit at Ritas. I want to say our ice cream was delicious. We got one cookies and cream shake, one vanilla shake, and a mint custard. I was really impressed to see they made the shakes by hand (with milk, syrup, etc). This is the only place I know of that sells a mint custard!

The only thing I would recommend for the owner is places to sit. When you think about going to an ice cream shop, you think about going and sitting down to enjoy it.. not bringing it back to your car. There’s one bench outside but it was taken. Other than that, great ice cream ?“

“Had not been here in over 2 years. There type of ice cream just wasn’t appealing to me. But my granddaughter wanted some ice cream and it was the only one we’d make it too before it closed. So glad I did. I learned tonight that it changed owners back in 2022 and now serves regular ice cream. To my surprise and satisfaction, the chocolate fudge ice cream I had today was exceptional and clearly so was Superhero as my granddaughter left nothing but the napkin she was holding her cone with. Both Christian and Val were extremely welcoming and pleasant, and just so kind to my granddaughter which is something I look for in places I’m going to spend my hard earned money at. Customer service has gone by the wayside, but not here, at least not tonight. If you haven’t been to wicked in a long time, I urge you to check them out For some really good ice cream. You won’t be disappointed. And I had a taste of the Dulce de Leche and it was superb.“

“I come here just for the smell!! The smell of waffle cones in the air is the best part. Everyone is super friendly. There is a chalkboard for you to entertain yourself, and the ice cream is so delish and creamy. Love coming here for a pick me up. Highly recommend.“

“I’ve seen this place many times while on the way to the beach. Decided finally to check it out. The cheeseburger was a 10/10. The chicken fingers were 10/10. The fries were 10/10. The Mozzarella sticks were 7/10. The peach shake my wife ordered was a disappointing 3/10. The chocolate shake I ordered was a 7/10.

I’m a little shocked the shakes weren’t better when they are the namesake. The food was super good though.“

“Norman’s has become my second home! I love the staff always great service and great quality crepes! My favorite chicken pesto! Quite out of my budget but I limit spending as much as possible! Worth every cent! No more Starbucks for this woman!!

“I visited Cold Stone a couple of weeks ago. Although it was a bit tricky to find in the mall, once I found it, it was an excellent experience. I was served quickly and politely, and the ice cream - some sort of seasonal, heavenly, cinnamon roll concoction - knocked my socks off. It was insanely sweet, which is exactly what I was looking for. I ate off of it for 3 days. Amazing. 10/10.“

“I pass by this location almost every day on my usual afternoon Starbucks Run. Yesterday I happen to notice something seemed different. Behind the counter, and the establishment in general seemed less cluttered and very clean. I happened to be looking over when the young lady behind the counter made eye contact with me and smiled. She greeted me with the biggest Smile and said, “how are you doing today?” And I told her I was great. I mentioned to her how good things were looking over there. She then introduced herself to me as the new General Manager. I believe she said her name was Sarah. I was struck by how confident yet polite and sophisticated this young lady, Sarah seemed to be managing and ice cream store. I told her that I was waiting in line at Starbucks but sometime I would have to come over and try some ice cream. She again smiled, warmly and enthusiastically welcomed to me to stop by sometime on a break. It’s funny how she had noticed in the past week or two I had been going to Starbucks almost every day. Very observant on her part.Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by being noticed and then so graciously being welcomed to stop by. I will most definitely be going to this location the next time I am craving ice cream.“

“I pre-ordered two panettones for my family for Christmas, which were the meal's spotlight. Everyone was wowed by how good the panettones were. They were moist inside and crunchy outside. The raisins and orange peels—everything was perfect. They were the best panettones we have ever ordered.“

We got a sugar cone with cookies & cream and cake cones with rainbow respectively. It's a great spot to get some AC and old-fashioned, not price-gauging ice cream!! There's a nice drink fridge too. “We used to enjoy Sweet Berries, dedpite habitually slow service. No more, after last night. We ordered soups & salads (most likely already prepared) to eat in, then sat & sat & sat while to-go orders were called - several of them had bern put in AFTER we had ordered. After half an hour my husband checked with them as to the status & was told it would be right up. More to-go orders were taken * filled, while we sat, waiting. We finally threw in the towel & demanded our money back & left. We won't ne back, and we will no longer recommend Sweet Berries to others.“

“The place is clean and orderly. The management seems to really care for his employees and it shows when the handle the customer. The food is not regular fast food, rather it is cooked to order so it comes to the table hot and tasty. I highly recommend their burgers and their fish platters.“
