“Anna Maria Oyster Bar - Ellenton, FL After spending the day at the Florida State Fair in Tampa, my fiancé and I decided to stop by Anna Maria Oyster Bar in Ellenton—and we’re so glad we did! We ordered fried oysters, French fries, and cheese grits, and everything was absolutely delicious. The oysters were fried to perfection, crispy on the outside yet tender and flavorful inside. The cheese grits were just the way I like them—nice and thick—and the fries were a great complement to the meal. Even better, our food arrived quickly and fresh. Our waitress, Lilly, was fantastic, providing friendly and attentive service. We also appreciated how the rest of the staff greeted us warmly as we walked through the restaurant. It’s little details like that that make a place feel extra welcoming. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, including the bathrooms, which is always a big plus. Anna Maria Oyster Bar now has four locations, and after this experience, I’d definitely visit again. If you’re in the Ellenton area and craving fresh seafood with great service, this spot is a must-try!“

“We dined for Mothers Day and our server was a very kind man named Jordan. He was the best server we’ve ever had. My sons burger came out with mayo on it and he didn’t want to complain but after I brought it up to Jordan he was very kind and understanding. My mother shared that my brother had been recently diagnosed with brain cancer and Jordan was so empathetic and kind to her. We absolutely loved him and he is what keeps this place going. The food was remarkable and I even ordered a cheese steak with extra mushrooms but asked for mushrooms and even that was no problem. Jordan was so calm and kind and overly accommodating. We wished we could have service like this everywhere we go. We haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday’s in many many years but Jordan made this visit special and memorable. We will be back and will make sure to call and see if he is working as I will only be giving my tips to him! He made a wonderful experience superb. Thank you Jordan for being amazing and kind! We will be back to see you! If I had to give stars for this place I’d have to pull each and everyone from the sky. That is how amazing this experience was.“

“We have been here twice and guess I missed posting a review the first time.

That being said, Naked Farmer is an excellent choice for a healthier and cleaner fare.

Our first visit, was so good, we brought friends for the second.

Nice selection of proteins, bases, and sides. The menu rotates with the seasons and everything is prepared perfectly.

This time I had the charred chicken atop a squash farrow base with roasted carrots and a squish medley for sides. I added a little harissa sauce for some tingle (that's just my preference). Even had a small bottle of sauvignon blanc too.

The only downside to this location, is the location. It is tucked away in the center strip behind UTC. Traffic and parking are a nightmare, especially on the weekends.

No fault of the restaurant by any means. Just be advised.

Service is good and prices are certainly fair for the times.

“Thai Bistro was our first stop on vacation and wow were we surprised! Not only was the food amazing, the customer service and hospitality were incredible! We told the owner that we had never been here before and she explained her favorite recipes with enthusiasm and incredible detail. The owner is passionate about making the food / each plate/ delicious and fresh. Impressive hearing about where she finds the very best ingredients and we loved hearing about the legacy of some of these recipes. “My son took me to Little To Jo for my birthday. It was one of the most pleasant meals out i have had in a long time. The food was exceptional and the plates were over flowing. The wait staff were courteous, smiling and trying to please. The decor was calm and you could talk to your dinner companions. I had a wonderful conversation with the table next to us. I will definitely go there again. It is one of the best restaurants in my area.“
