“Visited the location at 2961 South MCcall Rd in Englewood, Florida today. Did a mobile app order and waited in drive-thru 20mins. Ridiculous because it's spose to be fast food. The girl had our order all messed up and food wasn't hot. Gave me a receipt I can't use to do the survey for the free item because there's no store location number on it. Idk, this location and management need to improve.“
“*IMPORTANT APP INFORMATION* I have a Walmart+ subscription so I ordered online at 7:29 am. The APP did not offer any breakfast! They don't serve BREAKFAST at this location until 10 or 10:30. When I did finally get my money back; they put it on a Gift Car so I have no choice but to spend it at a Burger King. I used a Debit card as payment. The staff was accommodating and understanding. They still provided great service. I recommend the restaurant, NOT THE APP!“
