Burger King in Fort Myers

“Burger King gets a bad rap almost no matter where you look. It all admit I've had plenty of old fries and or old hamburgers giving out to me after I order them. I'm here to tell you this location at 9:50 at night had everything absolutely fresh.

I ordered ahead of time showed up about 10 minutes later they handed it to me I ate it all the way back to my hotel. Absolutely awesome.

The only negative I would say is the fries were not salted hardly at all but they were fresh. Chicken fries were fresh. The burger was fresh. Really solid.

“It needs to be known that everyone is always so nice here! The gentleman tonight really made my day! I wish I had gotten his name. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Friendly and the food is good with adequate toppings. I’m not sure if this is because they’re paid better or what, but whatever management is doing needs to be taught to McDonald’s. I’m talking about you, McDonald’s at 18500 Summerlin!

“I came to Burger King today to purchase and enjoy the SpongeBob SquarePants meal, and the service for me and my newborn son was unforgettable. The employee named Adrian Hurtado brought the gold standard and embodied the spirit of SpongeBob SquarePants, by spreading joy and making me half year old infant son laugh for the first time in his life. I will never the day, thank you, Adrian Hurtado. I wish I could’ve used the survey service, but I was unable too.“

“I usually just order online and pick up in the drivethru but I walked up with my kids to have breakfast on the weekend for the novelty of it. The staff actually came out to check on us and the dining room was spotless. I pretty much always have good food here too, with very rare exceptions when they’re training newbies.“

There was a situation where the workers forgot to add my dipping sauces in the bag which I left and ended up turning round to come back. John was very sweet and brought out extra sauces more than enough. He even apologized for the misunderstanding. Please give him a raise, he DESERVES it.“
