“Went into this location at 3pm last Thursday. Super clean, nice staff. See all the pretty cakes in the freezer, decide last minute to buy a cake for a birthday I was going to that night. Asked if my sons could pick it up in an hour as I was in the middle of errands and couldn’t carry an ice cream cake with me. They were beyond accommodating. They even personalized it for me by frosting “Happy Birthday —-“ on it. It was so last minute and the staff was soooo nice and really made the whole experience so pleasant. I will definitely be returning! Btw-the cake was DELICIOUS. It had crunchies all through the middle. 🤤🤤🤤 Great service, super clean store, yummy food (I got a combo meal and a shake, the cake was an impulse buy because they looked so pretty in the display and were VERY reasonably priced), above and beyond service. 10/10 totes recommend. 💛🥳”

“My family can’t recommend Four Seasons enough. You can tell this is a family owned passion project and that all they care about is nourishing their customers and making sure they love their meal. This restaurant feels like going to grandma’s house for a meal after a long week. Their service is second to none and you can tell their wait staff is treated so well based on the way they treat the customer. Most reasonably priced food on the strip and sure to satisfy! I am greeted by the same owners every time I go in and they are always taking part in the heart of the kitchen it seems, which I have never seen in a restaurant before. They truly don’t want your service, they just want you to connect with the staff, the food, and your loved ones over simple but perfected meals.”

“Staff came right outside when I hit “Im here” on the app! Usually the staff open the box for you to see the product but this time it was just handed to me. The box had cookie crumbs on it when it was handed to me. One of the cookies was cut by the box lid when I opened the box and one looked like it had been moved around in the box, they both still tasted good, but luckily this order was for me to enjoy personally!”

“I don't know what happened to the macaroni salad, but I got a few sides and it was thick like paste. It used to be the best macaroni salad a d now it's one of the most disgusting things I've eaten. The brown rice was so sticky and dry, I couldn't eat it. The leafy greens were okay......the little burnt chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller too. Horrible food.”

“Restaurant Iron has long been our go-to destination in downtown Pensacola. Its intimate ambiance, dedicated upscale menu, and consistent quality made it stand out above any other establishment in the area. We’ve brought out-of-town guests to showcase the richness of the local cuisine, always confident that the experience—from the first cocktail to the last bite of Nutella or raspberry ganache pie—would impress. Our typical order was a ritual: shareable truffle fries, a perfectly cooked ribeye (always photo-worthy), and a decadent dessert to close. These elements, paired with the cozy atmosphere, were what made Iron so special. Unfortunately, our most recent visit on May 9 was deeply disappointing. Despite the torrential downpour, we didn’t think twice about keeping our reservation. But upon arrival, we were met with an entirely different experience. The menu, which now features sliders and sandwich-style dishes, felt more suited for a casual lunch spot than the refined dining experience we had come to love. Several signature dishes were removed, and the new offerings didn’t align with the elevated identity Iron once upheld. Even the menu design itself no longer reflects the restaurant’s original charm. Service also fell short of expectations. We were served the wrong salad, and the correct one arrived without dressing. Dessert—though eventually comped—took an unexpectedly long time to be served, rounding out an already lackluster evening. We truly hope this is a temporary shift. Restaurant Iron was once our top choice for special occasions and recommendations. But based on our last visit, we no longer feel confident choosing it for a date night or referring friends and family. Please reconsider restoring the signature dishes and experience that made Iron exceptional.”

“I saw someone on FB bragging about their donuts being great so we had to stop by and check them out. We picked out their apple fritters and they are fantastic. They are cooked all the way through and the best we have had since we moved here to Florida. We also got two round solid glazed donuts and had them filled at the time we ordered. Very happy we stopped by and we will be back again soon !!!!”
