Casa Blu is an authentic, rustic, and must-visit spot in Estero, considered the best restaurant by many. The atmosphere is excellent, modern, comfortable, inviting, and spectacular, characterized by fire ovens and an open kitchen that adds a great touch. It offers a fine dining and gourmet experience without stuffiness.
The food is seriously the best, made from scratch with love, using organic and natural ingredients that are never frozen and contain no seed oils. Every dish is fresh, thoughtfully prepared, perfectly portioned, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The concept features classic dishes reimagined with a modern twist, showcasing real thought, innovation, and passion. Standout dishes include the mousaka, beef tartare, carpaccio, burrata, branzino, beef bourguignon, and honey brie pizza. All pastas are freshly made in house. The tiramisu-tres leches dessert is a must-try, indulgent and unique. Drinks include outstanding hand-crafted cocktails.
Service is impeccable, wonderful, and phenomenal throughout, with a warm welcome from the moment guests walk in. The staff seems to love what they do, contributing to an amazing experience from start to finish. It is truly a gem and a fair-priced restaurant that leaves guests excited to come back.
