“I stopped by after the gym to be refreshed. I ordered a “I Need A Vacation” specialty shake, which left me with a feeling of overall wellness. I felt the price was high until I finished the shake and realized it actually made me feel better. There is a countertop to drink your shake at and hangout which was cool. The protein doughnuts and oatmeal are my favorite and so tasty and the best part they are healthy for you. They have so many tea options so there is for sure something for everyone. They even watch out for my pineapple allergy and hardly ever have to remind them.“

“I wish I went sooner.. So our son has multiple food allergies, so getting him a meal out is next to impossible BUT We stopped at this little gem today and I’m so thankful we did. For those that have the mindset I hope this sheds a little light on the fact that it’s not always a choice but a need for certain food options, like eating vegan. ( He can eat meat but lots of safe options for him would end up being considered vegan ) The food was delicious and priced more than reasonable, made with Whole Foods - no junk. Our experience was more than pleasant, as I talked with a lady, the owner had no problem letting my son take a tour of the kitchen, giving him samples of kale chips and so on. 💙 If you are looking for a healthy meal, something a little different than the norm, I highly recommend- because I don’t ‘need’ to eat this way and I enjoyed it just as much- we’ll be back! “The Frog and The Monkey is the type of place I wasn't expecting. Underground pub restaurant which was quaint and unique with a very kool bar and great food. Try the many varieties of burgers and the Turkey and Brie...my favorite. Fresh turkey wins every time!! It is in Mt. Dora which is a fantastic destination town. It is neighborhood friendly, tourist friendly and biker friendly. I'm planning a return trip soon with family and friends.“
