“This Dunkin’ Donuts has the best Owner with grand reopening, including base painting and the first customer is getting free coffee for 100 days. On top of it I hope he knows that his day shift workers during the week are the best workers at any restaurant on the island, and I DoorDash to all of them. It doesn’t seem like he has much turnover employees and they are wonderful.“

Long story short, The manager on duty was of little to no help but the associate working, Michael, went above and beyond to rectify the issue so that my daughter could have her birthday cake for her party. They were understanding, super nice and professional throughout even though they were also helping other customers. And the cake was delicious. Thank you Micheal for taking the extra step!“
