“I was the only one in the store when i ordered my smoothie other than a man on his laptop. I got on my phone after ordering and didnt notice that the employee that had taken my order when straight to the back instead of making it.

Turns out the man on the laptop must have been the manager/owner because he noticed and quickly came to make the smoothie and apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks to him i got my smoothie fast and made it to work on time! Wish i left a tip, you saved the day!“
