They are meaty and have the perfect, flaky, pastry-like crust that is crisp and golden. The fillings, like the authentic Argentinian knife-cut beef, are chunky, tender, juicy, and savory. Standouts include the beef chimichurri and the chicken verdeo, as well as the sweet corn and short rib and chorizo options. Many find them to be the best empanadas for breakfast and lunch.
The shop is clean and delightful, with quick and friendly service. The menu also offers more, like a Milanesa sandwich, a sandwich de lomito, choripan, shakes, juices, and potent organic coffee and lattes.
