Steak and lobster cold then remake it and same results.. bread and drink were good.

We stayed at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa for 2 nights - we had 3 meals at Council Oak. Once in the dining room and twice at the bar. All I can say is WOW. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have seen in years anywhere... Everyone was attentive.. Smiling.. Made us feel like they were there for us! My wife and I are still taking about it. Great Job!!
This place used to be great. This time, the food took about two hours to come out and it was ice cold. Rude manager. Avoid at all costs.
