Robert is an Amazon technician. Had a heating element repaired on my linea mini in less than an hour. He was very careful, took his time and was happy to share his knowledge (and some good stories) while completing the repair.

Yes. Same as everyone else. Rob made arrangements to pick up my espresso machine and he never showed up, failed to answer his phone. A complete waste of time and energy.
