Horrible service at bar. Totally ignores you. Waited 15 minutee to order and another 30 minutee to get food. Will never go back there again. It was not busy.
In a service industry where hospitality and customer satisfaction are paramount, the presence of such a server like we had is detrimental to the reputation of the establishment. It is evident that she lacked the essential qualities required to thrive in this line of work, including a genuine desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
We definitely will not return!
Terrible place. Hostess was great and seated us promptly. We waited for over 20 minutes before anyone even took a drink order. Then waited another 10 minutes for our drinks.
Ordered wings and there was so much grease it leaked out of the bottom of the baskets and all over the table. Waited a minimum of 15-20 minutes anytime we ordered a refill or beer.
