Kase Cuisine is a wonderful and magical find on 4th Ave in Fort Lauderdale, offering superb and delicious Haitian food. The atmosphere is very fun and welcoming, with a front hookah bar, multiple large screen TVs, and local radio playing. The service is great, authentically kind, helpful, and the best ever. The menu is super fun with many unique items. Recommended dishes include the fried goat, pork with traditional sides, the whole snapper with perfectly crusted skin, fried yuca, creative Mac and cheese, very spicy but delicious Cole slaw, Arca, Griot, and black rice. Meals are served with modelos, waters, and watermelon soda. The experience from a to z is highly recommended, a 10/1000, and customers plan to return permanently. Love it hands down.
