KFC in Fort Lauderdale

“I have been avoiding KFC because of a very bad experience I had at the location close to Sailboat Bend On Broward Blvd but tonight I had the best experience at this location. Manager Maleek (yes I had to ask his name) is literally the best manager i have come across in all my years of visiting KFC or any other fast food across the country.
He displayed excellent customer service skills and professionalism and made sure our order was completely accurate, despite the fact that it was busy.

“We had just landed at the adjacent FL executive airport and were in need of some lunch. Normally, we visit the MCD next door, but we wanted to try something else. The building's outside was drab, and employment notices were posted for each position. However, the man that assisted us at the drive-through and had a manager name badge was fantastic and gave us happy holidays. The young man who served us was excellent; he was pleasant and cheerful. And the food was delicious. What a wonderful encounter!“

“The food was service was definitely good, even thought there was only one other customer there. I was attended very fast no when I asked for my chicken I asked for it the original recipe but ended up getting extra crispy instead, which isn’t bad but not nearly as good as original. Otherwise a normal KFC Experience. Definitely would go back.“

“This location can get busy certain days and certain times of the day, however they do provide excellent customer service and this location is clean and the workers are friendly and patience. The food was a little cold but it was good. If you’re in the area I recommend this location.
