This is a property that is well located but the front desk is manned very infrequently. When it is manned the folks there are very accommodating and friendly. But, when you have problems, as we did, with our door lock or something else, you talk to an answering service. This means some time standing outside your room door waiting for someone to come from off property to open the door for you. Place looked real sketchy although the rooms were pretty decent. Got bit up by bed bugs. Only plus is that it's a cheap price and down the street from the beach and good restaurants.

First room lacked any furniture, other than the bed and the TV - no desk, no couch, no armchairs. I asked and got another room of the same size but with a couch and a desk, but the next day hot water broke, so I had to move rooms again, this time to a different building. There, again only one room out of 10 we looked at had a desk, which is the one I picked.
