LOVE Shake Shack. Delicious way to end our trip and best option at the airport. Solid crinkle cut fries, delicious smash burger (note to self: get a double next time), and great gluten free bun.
I tried Shake Shack at f lauderdale International Airport for the first time and really enjoyed it! The burger was delicious, the service was good, and the price was reasonable for an airport restaurant. My only suggestion would be to offer combo meals, since the burger, fries, and drink are sold separately. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely come back!
Staff wasn’t too helpful I had to ask several times about a menu item. This was my first time at this restaurant, the food was good, made to order and serving size was big. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food then had to go up to the counter to ask about my order which had been sitting there for a few minutes. Staff needs to be trained on better, Customer Service. I feel the prices were a little bit too high as well
