Quick assistance. Friendly service. They immediately took care of me even though the inside was empty. The drive-through queue moved quickly. The representatives kept the area tidy and orderly and were often busy.
I was the only person there. It took more than 5 minutes to get any acknowledgement of my existence. I had to ask for someone to take my order. Then wait another 5 minutes while they discussed who was taking my order. Then 5 more to get my meal. Ridiculously poor service.
