“It was clean, bathroom was clean, employees were nice, waitress was a really super professional kind waitress and wings were sauced great so that was cool. Waitress was named cj, very nice gal, super engaging and attentive, beings the vibe on night shift.“
“On Wednesday evening, we had an early dinner and took advantage of the half-price appetizer promotion.
As we walked in we noticed two employee's getting menu's together. It's weird eye contact was made between us but NO welcome or greeting. Fortunately, I was wearing my Meta glasses, which recorded the entire interaction.
One of the employee's made a comment at my wife's shirt and said something about her Big Mac shirt and why are we here ? I must emphasize the whole time we're standing there they never put down the menus that they were getting together. I guess that was more important than the greeting. Then, finally, the hostess did ask us how many people. Total unprofessional.

Upon being seated, we were promptly greeted by our waitress, Cesary. Her exceptional customer service significantly enhanced our experience, particularly following our initial interactions with the first two employees.
Cesary consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor. Her service merits a perfect score of 5 out of 5.
We selected three appetizers, which constituted our meal. Our initial order consisted of onion rings. Subsequently, we ordered the wonton tacos, and finally, the boneless wings accompanied by blue cheese dressing. The quantity of food was substantial, resulting in us taking home half of the onion rings and nearly all of the boneless wings.
So our over all experience was rated 4 out of 5 . I would have given a 5 but just the first interaction was not.the best it could have been.“
