Last night, my husband and I arrived an hour before closing and ordered an ice cream brownie to share ($18). ALICIA said she would bring it to our table, but after waiting 35 minutes with no update, she began closing the store and shutting the doors as if they were closing early. That’s when I walked up to the counter to ask about our order, only to be told she couldn’t make it.
