As a work associate in the mall I visit frequently. The person on grill is definitely the key to the operation. Sometimes, he/she gets overwhelmed with orders and could use a second grill helper for sure. Often times the rolls are lined up at the end waiting for the meats and not coordinated with fries and they are not always hot. Best cheesesteaks around! A hidden gem tucked away in the mall, and the prices are very reasonable.Wheelchair accessibility: It's in a mall, so very accessible for everyone. Wheelchair ramps near every entrance.

Good place for a quick bite to eat and got my order in fairly fast so plus+1 there. Its a food court so don't expect the best. Still pretty good.Dietary restrictions: It's mostly meat so if your Vege. then no good. Also ask what they cook with I've heard some can't eat certain things do to the oil being used in the cooking.
