Echo is a unique place, with a more youthful vibe than the majority of local restaurants. Everything we've tried has been incredible. My personal go to is the shrimp bisque, topped with a flaky pastry and the garlic knots, with a flight of dipping sauces. And let's not forget the cannoli chips!
