My girlfriend grew up in Lao. We used to cook for the Monks in N Ft Myers. We served many of these dishes. The crispy rolls or summer rolls are the best. This is no fast food Chinese restaurant. If you really want to try authentic then you must try this place.

I highly recommend their combo papaya salad and also the meat salad, very tasty and the service was very nice. We are very happy to the owner who came and talk to us, she was very nice lady, Overall the food was very delicious. I definitely come back again.Thank you!
This place is my family’s favorite restaurant!!! We are so happy to have discovered it!!! The owner is super sweet and she is an amazing cook! All the food we have tried is amazing and authentic!! I’m in love with all the curries!!! As for the service it’s above and beyond! Tony is an excellent server, very nice, attentive and thoughtful. Lotus THAI BISTRO is a restaurant that serves authentic Thai Laotian food. The crispy rolls and summer rolls are the best. The women cooking do a fantastic job. The owner is one of the friendliest and nicest persons. The curries are a favorite, with Penang mentioned, and there is no such thing as a bad curry. Traditional sticky rice with 1/2 mango on top is yummy heaven. The combo papaya salad and the meat salad are very tasty, and the service was very nice. The food is very delicious and authentic, and the service is above and beyond. One server is very nice, attentive and thoughtful. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, with authentic decor and food. The food and iced thai tea are absolutely delicious, and the service is very attentive. The restaurant opened 3 months ago and closes from 3-4:30. It has some of the same great recipes that Thai Star served, and it is still the best Thai food in Fort Myers.
