“Edit: 12/12/25 - Once again I am back to another review and this time it just keeps getting worse. I come here quite a bit because I like the food but the Self Service is crazy bad. Always waiting on a drink cup. You have two four people doing the Self Service and all waiting on cups.
Should never happen, workers move around but never look in the direction and if you say something it's like they are being put out or they just ignore you.
Service is down to two stars.
Edit: 10/21/25 - The self service ordering is still janky at best - as you still have to wait for a service person to get you a cup for your meal and if only one person is working the front and has other orders going on, you can stand a wait a bit
Food is still excellent so I do not mind that much
Dropping to 4 stars overall and 3 stars for service. I have been giving this self order a try since they put it in and I am not a fan.
Most the time I am standing there waiting for a drink cup because either they are too busy to give me a cup or no one is up front because of being short staffed.
Still the food is great, just that the service has went down a bit.“

“The food was AMAZING. Tavaris was extremely respectful. My order was perfect and sometimes i speak a little quick and might be a little confusing but he very respectfully asked me to repeat my order then i asked him to see if i said it correctly and he got everything to a T. If the owner actually sees this. This is the type of customer service that keeps people coming back. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Tavaris!“

“My kids and I have been coming to this location every Wednesday morning for breakfast for the past few years—it’s our little tradition on my day off. We keep coming back because of the excellent service and great food!
The staff is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming, making our mornings even better. The food is consistently delicious and served quickly enough that we can enjoy our meal together and still get the kids to school on time.
