Lack of food quality and customer service. This is how I got my breakfast sandwich today. I’m questioning how my food was handled and prepared with this lack of quality.
I didn’t realize it was like this in the bag until I drove off.
I won’t be back.
This Dunkin’ is awful. There’s always a problem. They seem to always be out of doughnuts, no matter the time of day. They hardly ever have their cold brew coffee and their featured coffees. Their customer service is awful and their speed of service is the slowest I’ve ever come across, no joke. The owner and manger have terrible leadership and certainly do not train their employees enough. I’m sure new management could turn this Dunkin’ into something great that people...read full review
