“We chose Jake & Henry's for anniversary dinner. We couldn't have been more pleased. The service was 2nd to none & the food was simply awesome. For many years I felt Staff's (when they were in business) served the best filet mignon in town, but then came Jake & Henry's and you nailed it. My filet mignon was incredibly delicious. I ask to have it done medium, and it was perfect. Juicy & pink, very flavorful. Tillie had surf & turf. Equally amazing. Thank you Matt & staff for a marvelous dinner. Les & Tillie Hutchinson“

“We enjoyed visiting and drinking a cold brew at Props! The atmosphere was laidback, fun, clean with a great beer 🍻 selection! My favorite is the Blueberry and I was happy to enjoy a pumpkin beer as well! A flight is also available if you want to try out their beers! Kyle served us and was friendly and knowledgeable about the beers! We saw a few people come with their dogs, and the Props cats are a nice addition!“

“We travel to Texas from Tampa 2-3 times a year and always swing in for a couple days to the beaches and love visiting this establishment for drinks and dinner. We always have Janae over in the bar area and she’s such a wonderful gal. She’s such a happy, friendly and approachable person. The restaurant seems to be very clean and organized and they are very attentive! The beer was ice cold and food was delicious!“

“Love the pizza and wings. For the wings, i think it can improve its taste too salty for me I hope they can make it less salty. Service is good, servers are so nice. I felt young for my age cause they ask for my ID when ordering a wine 😂 welp i guess that’s a compliment. I plan to go back for wings $0.49 🙌🏼“

“If you’re in Destin and looking for a casual spot with surprisingly great food, the Golf Club Grill is a must-visit. I ordered the hamburger topped with grilled pork belly, and it was absolutely fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and the pork belly added a smoky richness that took it to another level.

The side salad with creamy Italian dressing was fresh and crisp, a perfect lighter balance to the burger. But the real standout might have been the grilled Brussels sprouts with a jam sauce. They were beautifully charred with just the right amount of sweetness from the sauce—seriously addictive.

Everything came out hot, well-prepared, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and they have plenty of televisions throughout the space, making it a great place to catch sporting events while enjoying a really solid meal. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu.“

“My wife and I had dinner there, Monday evening. She had the shrimp and grits, and I ordered the BBQ ribs. We also ordered fried calamari. Everything was excellent. The ribs came with a side of baked beans, and they were as good as any I’ve ever had. Our server was wonderful…very attentive. She couldn’t have done a better job.“
