There was a slight issue with my pizza missing an item and the gentleman at the front who I assume was the manager or owner took care of it right away. I even offered to just take the item and throw it on myself, but the gentleman insisted on making me a fresh pizza the right way. It was amazing and truly satisfied my pizza craving! “Food: I would give the food 3.75 stars, there was more to be desired. Since this restaurant's claim is for authentic Italian food, my hopes were high. The sauce was very scarce with the seafood pasta and it was a little too 'al dente'. It was good, but I do think there is better Italian in the area. Would go back - going to try the pizza next time. Cocktails and mocktails were fantastic. Service: Service was good. Very polite and attentive. We had two servers which was interesting. Ambiance/ Atmosphere: Loved the decor and vibe in the restaurant. They had a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Would be a good place to go for drinks and an appetizer.“
“Kind of small place. Order at the counter and they bring you the food. Service was fairly quick. They had a lot of really good looking pizzas. We wanted to try a few things so we only got slices but the whole pies looked to be a good size. The pizzas were tasty, nice fresh flavors, crispy crusts. The arancini was a little tasteless, even when I drenched them in sauce. The garlic knots were just ok, could have been a lot more garlicky for my taste, maybe a garlic butter dipping sauce would help? All in all a pretty decent pizza place. I will probably return to try some of their other dishes, and some more slices“
“Heather and Sergio took amazing care of us!! We had the meat and cheese appetizer, I ordered the pork chop, and my husband had the pasta with duck meat sauce. My pork chop was to die for!! “My wife and I agree this is our favorite local spot as it's within 5 minutes from our house and has excellent food. We take all of our out of town visitors here! The pre meal rolls, the pizza, the pasta, the salads, the sandwiches are all excellent. We've tried many different menu items and have always been pleased. The only thing we haven't really tried is desert because we've always been so full. This place is special to us as my wife shared the news of our first child with me here. Piesanos went above and beyond to help her create that moment, and that service has always been present in our visits.Parking: There are a few businesses in the area and the lot space isn't very large. Sometimes parking close to the restaurant can be difficult, but there are plenty of spots near the Publix and a bit further out that are still very easily walkable.“
“My wife and I stopped in for date night, we sat in the lounge area and were a little disappointed to see children sitting at the bar. Our server Jake was attentive, friendly, and a joy. With the exception of one of the appetizers all of the food was fantastic. The wait wasn't too bad for a busy night, everything was very clean and presentable both insode and out, and all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. Even as we waited to be seated and the greeter wasn't busy with taking reservations she would wipe the fingerprints from the glass doors.Parking: It was a busy night amd we did have to circle the building twice to find parking.“

The food was very good, and the service could improve a bit in terms of paying attention to details. “We went here a few days ago; Brandon was our waiter. He was great - he made us laugh and was good at his job. The food was quick even during the dinner rush. Our meals were delicious. “Came here for my grandmother’s birthday and we had a great time. The service was good. She had salmon and I had chicken Parmesan. The ambience was OK but similar to that of a chain restaurant. The chicken Parmesan was very breaded, but was good nonetheless, we also did get a cake for her birthday that was complementary, which was very nice of the staff.“

“A constant visitor to all restaurants at Disney Springs, but Enzo Hideaway, is the one spot we continue to eat dinner. This is our 3rd time this year. each times we are pleased with the service and food. Each time we try different items. This time we had BISTECCA ALLA PLANCIA, with Gorgonzola on the side for the steak. Made to perfection. Prices are a bit high but for me, I'll pay more for a good meal, and they don't disappoint. Would also like to compliment the waitress and waiters, i apologize for not remembering our other servers, but they where there on this trip. Including our server for this night was Andrea. Very friendly and hospitable. Made us feel very welcomed. What made it even more enjoyable was Andrea was from the region of Benevento Italy, same as my Family (Colle Sannitta). “The food was incredible, and I expected that being highly rated and at the Omni. Loved all of it! What truly blew me away was the service! Sammy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we had truly the best night of our lives. We were celebrating my 7 year olds birthday, with a 4 year old, 1 year old, and grandparents in tow. Sammy took great care in addressing each person individually, superseding all needs, making magic for my kids, and truly exuding love for caring for and serving others. My dad has worked in hotel and restaurant management for 35+ years, plus operating his own catering business, and we truly have never experienced such genuine heart, soul, and passion for one's profession. He is the rarest of gems! The entire staff at Trevi's seemed phenomenal, though we had smaller interactions with them. Truly, if you're going, try calling ahead and asking if Sammy is there for the evening. You will have the best night ever, on service alone! Everything else was gravy! We weren't staying at the Omni, and chose Trevi's by chance out of many other Italian restaurants in the area (my son wanted spaghetti and meatballs for his birthday dinner), and I'm beyond grateful that we did!“
