“Literally the only downside of this location is that it’s inside the mall. Honestly, the day this location moves out the mall will finally collapse on itself and raise like a phoenix from the ashes into its final form. Another Shands branch.“
“Consistent high-quality service and food typically provides for a good dining experience. This location was no exception. The service and food I received was up to the Chick-Fil-A standard and I was very pleased with my experience. I recommend this location to anyone and look forward to returning.“
“As expected of an on campus chick fil a, it's always packed, especially around the lunch and dinner rush times (noon and 5-7pm, respectively). The food is great, and is probably better than some chick fil a locations that I've visited, but the wait is sometimes pretty extensive. Workers often forget sauces for your order, but are more than happy to grab some for you if you ask, so I can't hold it against them. Also, if you have a meal plan, a swipe can be used to account for ~$7 of a purchase, once daily, which is nice for unlimited meal plans.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten is the main one I know of, as the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer, and the grilled nuggets are cooked in a dedicated area to avoid contamination.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps to all main entrances, though the ordering screen may be a bit high to reach from a wheelchair.“
“If you need fresh cooked food, lol no further. One of the only places where everything is done fresh…. You may not see but 6 to 10 people up front but there can be another 20 cooking and prepping to make everything fresh and delicious… So beside being the most fresh and best, they have some of the nicest and well mannered employees so remember that when they are busy and you have an attitude….. don’t!!!!! So try some of. The new items that just came out and use that app for free product. This is a great place to eat and enjoy with your family…2 locations here on Archer….“
