“Both the staff (service) and the food are consistently excellent. I’ve dined here 5x in the last 5 weeks because it has quickly become the favorite wing place for all of my friends. The variety of the wing sauces is also fantastic. So far I’ve mainly had the honey garlic and Gangnam style sauces, and both were among my favorite wing sauces in all of the chicken establishments in Gainesville. Also, their wings are large, which is always well-received. I strongly recommend eating here!“

“Came in to do a carry out order. Staff was friendly, and my sandwich was ready to go in a few minutes. The chicken salad, lettuce, tomato, & croissant was fresh. The cookie that came with it was tasty! Would definitely recommend coming here to eat.

Parking: Places in front of the restaurant, and places around it to park.“

“I absolutely loved this new restaurant in Gainesville with a couple of huge negatives. First, the food is terrific, as was the service. The place was noisy but inviting. My main negatives are that there is no accessible parking, especially for ADA compliance. We all know that even street parking in that area is a complete nightmare. The fact that there isn't a drive thru makes it even more disappointing. Given just those two negatives, my concerns are that this business is missing out in a very big way, throwing away income/business, all due to location and no drive thru. The latter alone is a huge loss of income. Raising Cane's could be doing triple the business if not more. That's how good the food is. Sadly, this was my first visit, but because of the huge effort it takes just to get there, it'll be my last. I would definitely go there a lot more. To me, it's a huge bummer when Gainesville finally gets a great place, but you don't want to deal with their accessibility or lack thereof. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars.

Parking: Good luck finding a parking spot free or otherwise in this area. I don't know what they were thinking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Hope your wheelchair has a motor because you'll be going a long distance from where you found parking to the restaurant. Once you make it...you're grand.“

One of the BEST chicken sandwiches I've had in a fast casual restaurant.Tenders were crispy, and delicious, fries were good with seasoned salt and the pickles were tasty and the Huey Magoo sauce. My 12 yr old grandson gave it a 2 thumbs up! Would definitely stop by again for lunch.“

“Literally the only downside of this location is that it’s inside the mall. Honestly, the day this location moves out the mall will finally collapse on itself and raise like a phoenix from the ashes into its final form. Another Shands branch.“

“Great, great stop this afternoon. We were quite pleasantly surprised. We were greeted as we walked in, all the staff were very friendly and professional, the food was cooked and served perfectly, the entire place was spotless. Several guests walked in after us and they were treated in the same manner. Food and drink costs were well within reason. It was just an amazing fast food experience...“
