Amazing experience and learned a lot about west African cooking. It was a joy to learn from Aïssé & Awa! Food was fantastic and can’t wait to replicate at home.
This is a cooking/cultural lesson you need. The personal stories from the instructors to connect the recipe to nostalgic feelings of family and being at home made this experience special. We even got to dance a little. Unforgettable. 10/10 would recommend
