“This is an incredible place. What stood out most is the manager. He is polite and professional, unlike a customer I witnessed demanded her money back AFTER eating her yogurt ice-cream. Ridiculous and abusive as SHE did not see the screen AND SHE left a tip. Then demanded the money back to which the manager said he would give her a gift card. Oh no, she wanted it free. So sad. It was her mistake for not paying attention and blames the worker.“

“Is strawberry ice and whatever-the-heck flavored ice cream a disgusting combo? Yes, objectively. Whatever this place is serving is a disgrace to Italian ice and the cows who gave their milk for the ice cream. But damn it’s GOOD! Nothing is more romantic than sharing this icee-ice cream hybrid with a loved one, staring out over the beautiful parking lot and breathing in fumes of passing cars. It’s truly a vibe, especially on a hot, humid Gainesville night.

And then I found out they cater. And they cater well! Ryan and Lily delivered my catering order right on time and were very helpful.“

“Me and my daughter love this place. We live over an hour away but make the trip frequently to get milk tea and iced coffee. The drinks along with the customer service are excellent. 10/10 recommend.“

“New Orlean Praline ice cream is my favorite so far. I haven’t tried another flavor yet because I can’t NOT get the one that I like so much! Although we only go occasionally because we live in another town about 45 minutes away, when I go to Gainesville I try to make time for an ice cream from Kilwins. It’s a wonderful treat!“
