I want to give a shout out to Kat and Jacob for their service today. They took a tough situation and turned it around for a customer service win. I greatly commend their service attitudes and willingness to fix the issue. Thank you so much!
Egg sandwich was ice cold. Didn't realize until after we left the shop
Girl who took our order was a sweetie pie however I would have loved a heads up when I ordered my banana bread matcha hot instead of iced that'd it be a $2.55 upcharge. Also first time I've ever been to a Starbucks and have been given no choice but to tip so that was interesting, I'm not against tipping if the service is good but I would have at least liked an option to do it or not lmao
