Went with a group of friends and we had a good time. It was very nostalgic for me as my hometown had a Steak 'n Shake. So glad I found this one - I will definitely be returning!
Food was good. Clean environment. The only difficulty was getting in and out with a handicapped person. The only entrance door is at the front and right with the drive thru lane. Handicapped people who walk have a way to travel from handicap patting to front door.

My 1st visit in years. Wasn't sure what to expect. It is almost completely automated. Go to a kiosk, pick your items and pay. No register or person. Credit only. Your receipt comes with a q code to self serve your soda. Good for a refill if you keep it. Your food, today I had a single burger w cheese and fries, is brought to the counter and you get it yourself. There is a person there to assist you if you need help. Food is barley a 3.
