Was good ! Had the peppermint choc chip shake!! Nummy!! Great waitress Hannah met all our needs very pleasant! Met some nice ppl there too!👍
Drive thru very slow, the 5 way chili was made differently, it was spicy, when the Steak n Shake by the mall is much better.
Only had milkshakes this trip but love their food.

Steak 'n Shake, a popular restaurant chain, offers a diverse dining experience for its customers. According to the reviews, the food is generally well-received, with hot and delicious meals, including tasty sandwiches, onion rings, and milkshakes. However, the ordering process can be challenging at times, with some customers reporting issues with the in-store kiosks and online ordering system.
The restaurant's cleanliness is praised, with one reviewer highlighting the diligent efforts of an employee named William, who kept the lobby spotless and greeted every guest. The location is also noted as being kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
Despite these positive aspects, some customers have experienced longer-than-expected wait times for their orders, with one reviewer mentioning that their food was cold upon pickup. There have also been instances where the kitchen staff have been overworked, leading to delays in service.
Overall, Steak 'n Shake seems to provide a mixed dining experience, with both positive and negative reviews. While the food is generally well-received, the efficiency of the ordering and service processes could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.
