I love the concept of UC as a gay bar and the top floor is fantastic. The bartenders are great. However in the bottom floor the music is jarring and just generally bad. I appreciate a departure from other gay bars but the mixing by the DJ can only be described as chaotic and cacophony. So much room for improvement. Best club I've been to!!! It's open to 18+ and 21+ so it's great for any college student. The music is good and the dj takes suggestions. Plus, like any gay club the drinks are amazing! Lighting and music makes it the perfect club for a dance party

I was having a good time with friends and about to leave when a drunk security person decided to tell us off for drinking water out of a water bottle. When I asked them why they allowed me to bring the water bottle in the first place and didn't take it at the gate (as other bars do) if they have a problem with it, said security person got mad and told me he's great at "remembering faces" and won't let us come again.
