“Today was my first time going and I absolutely loved the energy! I got some Teriyaki wings and my boyfriend got a burger that he couldn’t even finish lOl . My waitress name was Rebecca, she was very kind and polite ❤️ The manager stopped by before we left and gave us a little back ground on the restaurant. That fact that he took the time as busy as it was very sweet . Outstanding place ! Wish I could give more stars . Will be returning soon!“

“Had an issue with my burger tonight. The manager on shift James, fixed the problem immediately. He was very apologetic and rushed the fix. This restaurant has excellent customer service! “What a great place for a casual dinner. Though a smash burger place, they will smash it less and make a mid rare burger if you ask!! Served along side THE Best fries in all of Pensacola, twice fried fresh cut fries done perfectly crispy and taste wonderful. Consistently good food all four visits which says a lot. Nice work Sammy Barker team, thank you and see you again soon.“

“The quality of the food is insane! Peanut oil, what! This is actual real beef and not the frozen processed pre-made junk called a burger. The cheese is real cheese not the kind that doesn't melt. The fries are real potatoes and awesome as well. When I want a real burger this is my go to place.“

“Soup and salad bar for lunch was $9.99 today (Wednesday). Quality and freshness were good, lots of new stuff I didn't see on the salad bar six months ago. Broccoli and cheese, loaded baked potato were the soups, and they were both very good. Perfect for when you need a break from excessive indulgence in seafood and BBQ restaurants. Our server was very nice, too.“

“I have been going to Miguel’s since I was a kid and it’s always been my favorite Mexican in Pensacola! I would recommend it to anyone, that’s why I left a “would recommend” review. I don’t want the positive rating to do down, but I do think the owner/manager should be aware of their restaurant today. I’m in town this week so we decided to grab lunch at Miguel’s. The food was as amazing as I remember, but the service was not so great. To be fair, the restaurant was extremely busy and we only saw two servers working. I think they were trying to do the best they could to keep up. However, after our food was delivered, we didn’t see our server for at least 30 min. I then asked the other server for to go chips, boxes and a dessert and it seemed like we were being a nuisance. Our server made it to the table with our dessert about 20 minutes later and said they had been slammed with call in to go orders. We got our to go boxes and I asked again for chips. She quickly took the bill back to add $1.25 for chips. Here is my opinion: first, don’t leave your tables alone for that long without acknowledging them. Secondly, if you are that busy in the restaurant and can’t keep up, maybe let callers know you aren’t able to take to go orders at the moment. Lastly, I honestly don’t care about paying $1.25 for a bag of chips, but when your customers have been sitting for two hours and were never even offered a drink refill, maybe throw in the chips at no charge.“

“Came through tonight August 24 at 8:15. The gentleman working in the drive-through with a southern accent took my order and made sure everything was fresh and was so friendly. It is uncommon for this area to have a great experience when stopping for fast food, so his customer service stood out to me!“

“We went right at lunch & there was a line to the street at the drive thru, and a bunch of people in line inside the lobby. The crew was awesome. Food was made quickly & super fresh. My burger was made really beautifully. Felt compelled to write a review because service like that is very few & far between these days. Keep up the good work. 👍“

“Kaylah was very sweet and had a smile on her face the entire time while fixing our order and grabbing our refund! I felt bad as I knew she was fixing others mistakes and was running in and out but she handled the situation very well and made us feel as we mattered no hassle! “Had an order error yesterday and called, but no answer and I gave up. The manager called me back! I have never in my life had this happen and I had to let you guys know that the manager named Faith, who was apparently covering for a mgr who had just walked out or quit unexpectedly, went way above and beyond. I went back today and the order was corrected for free. Awesome customer service! I will definitely keep coming back for my big ham and swiss Sammiches!“

“So my family and I have lived all around Pensacola but recently bought a house in Cantonment, so we’ve eaten at almost all the Whataburger locations. This location is far and away the best location in the area! We’ve never had an issue with our order, we’ve always had good service and banter with the drive-thru staff, and the food is always fresh! They also get the lines clear pretty quickly! We’ve come on different days including weekends and weekdays for lunch and dinner hours; never an issue! I highly recommend this location even if it’s out of your way!“
