“Had to be in town for a month and after hunting for years for a good coffee shop in Pensacola for years (and we’ve been all over town), we finally found it here. It wasn’t the closest, but it was the very best - loved the ambiance, the original artwork, the friendliness of the staff, the Asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and a large latte, extra shot with whole milk. Though my son loved the Purple Rain and my wife loved the Crème Brûlée. I’ll miss this place!!!“

“Stopped in for the first time today and had such a great experience! I don’t drink coffee, but the barista was super helpful and recommended something I’d enjoy. I ended up with the Strawberry Dream Lotus—SO good! My kids loved their vanilla bean drink and shared a massive chocolate chip cookie. The space is inviting with tons of seating, fun items to browse or buy, a sweet chalkboard area for kids, and even a shelf of books to borrow or enjoy while you’re there. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Love it! I got the Royal pistachio crepe which looks beautiful and taste delicious. The crepe is cooked perfectly and doesn't taste eggy as some crepes I've had have tasted before. I said mmm and started my happy dance before I even finished biting down on the first bite. I also got the cherry blossom latte which is great. Has a cherry vanilla flavor that complements the coffee flavor and doesn't cover up or overpower it. Everything is reasonably priced especially for the quality you are receiving!“

“We went and got a blend, burrito, and mini donuts. The blend was smooth and perfectly balanced between coffe and sweet. The burrito was great. It was crispy and so warm and gooey from cheese. The mini donuts were a delight and very affordable. I would probably get the donuts every time I go since they are only a $1.

Not only are they affordable, but they have a wide variety of options on their menu from breakfast two snack treats, and coffees along with A variety of iced drinks, including Red Bull drinks… Every time we go, the employees are incredibly amazing, helpful, and interact and treat my children with love and kindness! “PJ’s Coffee has always been a favorite of mine when visiting New Orleans. When the owners announced this Pensacola location, I was ecstatic! Although I absolutely adore each seasonal specialty coffee, my go-to is their iced mocha and chocolate croissant. This location is constantly involved in the local community, continually improving connections between customers, local small businesses, and nonprofit organizations in the area. This is so much more than a coffee shop!“

“These guys are amazing they are the most happy of anyone I've ever seen at 530am and any time of day after that just awesome! I can't say enough good about them. These guys really set the bar for customer service I hope they get honored for this some how! Thank you bayou by the mall you rock! Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

“I live near this location and this is my favorite by far. The staff are always friendly and have great customer service. I once placed a mobile order and was not able to pick it up. I spoke with the manager Kaite the next day and told her what happened. She was more than willing to assist me and remake my order. I give Kaite five stars for great customer service!“

“Such a great place! The Vietnamese coffee is fire. The ladies at the register are always so friendly and nice! I had the strawberry matcha as well and the strawberry puree great. Excited to try all their drinks. Bringing a new friend every time I visit just to spread the news about this place!

After my original few visits I've noticed a bit of a decline in the service here. I've had two instances now where the barista running the shop couldn't do something on the register like a drink modification or printing an itemized receipt. It's such a shame because this used to be my favorite tea shop but the menu is unclear and the baristas don't seem thrilled to tell you about what's in the drinks.
