“Stopped by this food truck for a late-night bite and was seriously impressed. Everything was cooked to order. We got two chicken quesadillas and they were amazing I mean perfectly cooked with a record-breaking cheese pull. The portions were great too for the price, one quesadilla could easily feed 2 people. They also had a great variety of sauces, my favorite being the garlic cilantro.

There’s some seating outside, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the food. Parking is a little tricky/difficult though.

What really stood out was how kind and attentive everyone was. They checked in on us a few times to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything else while we ate.

The cinnamon sugar coating was just right—not too sweet—and paired amazingly with the chocolate dipping sauce. You can really tell they’re made fresh, which makes all the difference.
