Brisket is amazing and very consistent which is extremely rare to find around here highly recommended.
If you ain't leaving with sticky fingers, then you’re at the wrong truck. Read that again slowly.
This was my first experience and let me say, the hype is real. That pulled pork sandwich, i should've gotten 2. The ribs ain't super heavy on the smoke which imo is why these ribs are spot on..

The pulled pork sandwich is so good one should've gotten two, and the ribs ain't super heavy on the smoke, which is why they are spot on. The meat, mac and cheese, and beans are the best, and the flavor of those beans keeps people guessing. The brisket is the best ever tasted—fall apart and thick cut slabs of meat, melted in my mouth, 10/10, with the price on point. The full rack of ribs with baked beans and baked mac n cheese is very good, and the man taking the order was very nice. Some of the best BBQ ever had, even for a natural born southerner.
