“My regards to the chef and staff — thank you! A friend told me about this place — he’s from Venezuela and absolutely loves it — so we finally checked it out today, and honestly… wow. This place was amazing.

I totally fell in love with this cozy little spot tucked into a plaza. The vibe feels super nice, like a fancy restaurant but still really welcoming, with awesome service, great food, and live music that made everything even better. And the prices? Actually pretty reasonable!

Now let’s talk about the food because WOW. The menu is huge — it’s way more than just chicken and beef. There’s seafood everywhere, tons of ceviche options, and everything we tried was seriously delicious.

The fried red snapper was easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The fish was huge and full of flavor. Definitely get the green fried plantains too!

We also had the Pescado a lo Macho — seafood in this delicious lime-coconut sauce — and the cilantro rice was so good.

But the absolute star of the night was the Causa Acevichada Fish… seriously, SO good. It’s perfectly seasoned mashed potato layered with tuna in the middle, topped with fish ceviche, thin onions, and this amazing lime sauce on the side. I could eat that every single week.

We also tried their traditional purple corn juice made with cinnamon and clove, and honestly, it was surprisingly really good.

I never really thought much about Peruvian food before, and now I feel like I’ve been missing out. I’ll definitely be back because there are way too many things on that menu I still want to try.

And the service? Some of the best we’ve had in a long time. I wish we had gotten our server’s name because she was awesome.

“Not sure why we always end up here and we have never had a problem like some of the other people complain. Sure sometimes we have to wait but its never the excruciatingly long 10 minutes like other people complain. The service is always friendly and the food is good. In a pinch after a long day its a good place to grab a bite to eat. When they mess up an order the manager is always willing to make it right and that is enough for us to keep going back.“

Don’t ever pass this place up, my go too burger has always been the creamy one with peanut butter, but was craving the big smack burger and OMG it didn’t disappoint, I didn’t leave bloated like other places or overly stuffed the portions and even the onion thangs were just so on point!! If you like curry, which i do not care for curry - but this was exceptional. The name is Ka-Mu-Panang. I also had a new dessert - made of coconut, bananas. and mango. Because it was a new item it hasn't been named yet - so we called it CoBango, the owners were also naming it different things and still no name when we left. Typical visit as part of the fun going there is feeling like going to family- the owners are very we;coming and family oriented. Love the place!“

Tried the Serbian lamb dumplings both in broth and pan fried (go with the broth!) the bread with cheese and egg in the middle , my husband ordered the stuffed cabbage , beet salad, and what looked like beef blintzes and all were outstanding. Even the plating was thoughtful and neat. Tried the homemade currant and cherry juice. Refreshing and slightly tart without being overly sweet. Even the ambiance was unique and appealing. Made to look like you were in a log cabin in Easter Europe with examples of traditional dress , crafts and music. Really charming and good service. I love to go to a place where I can't pronounce anything on the menu or even better, there's only a couple menus in English, you know it's authentic.
