Pollo Tropical is our go to, when we are low on time & want to save money! We run by the drive thru & order the double grilled chicken platter, that comes with black beans & rice, & we get plantains. Delicious! I love the marinade on the chicken! Only $15 for 2 people!
The food was great. Service was not the best. The restaurant could use a refresh both inside (bathrooms and ceilings) and outside (paint and landscaping)Vegetarian options: Veggie bowl is great

I got two chicken breasts with rice & beans. Chicken was cooked really nicely ?Sorry I’m changing the review a bit, try to get there right when it opens so they can pay more attention to the grill, it’s a bit over cooked today :) the service was better though so I’ll up that to a 4
