“I stopped in the drive thru today with my daughter. I just have to say that Jade is an absolute sweetheart. Her cheerfulness is infectious. Every time I see her working, I know my order will be correct and I know I'll leave with a smile.“

“Shout out to the noontime crew today - I was a hot mess, ordered drinks wrong, everything - not only was our food ready early (which was perfect since we showed up early) but they fixed my issues with my order quickly and everyone was very pleasant. Great job, guys!“

“Food usually takes awhile to receive. Half the time I get some grumpy person in drive thru who doesnt even greet me. They just open the window and hold their hand out for my card or rushing to give me my food. Food is usually hit or miss. Peek hours you will get fresh. Non peek hours will be dried out and soggy Fry's. Don't forget to always ask for napkins there are never any in my bag! Oh and soda usually dripping all over the sides of cup.“

“This is a wonderful family owned business. Some of the best coffee in Clermont. We had them set up a coffee stand for an event we hosted, and everyone loved the drinks they offered. They’re also friendly and lovely to talk to. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink or having them at your next event!“

“Went to try a local coffee shop this morning and not only was the ice coffee superb, but the customer service by Seth was the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed. He tops the customer service at Starbucks. I Strongly suggest to try this local coffee place out, Seth is one of a kind☕️“

“Amazing atmosphere, relaxing chill vibe. It was hot outside so I ordered the Citrus Cooler which was refreshing and delicious. Also took our drinks up to the observation tower and hung out for a bit. I’d be working remotely from the Citrus Tower lobby if I lived in the area.“

“Anna was so nice to me and my friend, she was able to maintain costumer service with the people in front of us who were making things difficult for her, and then was able to keep a smile with us after. “If you’re in Clermont and haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out! It’s not just a coffee shop, it’s a whole vibe!! I was greeted with a staff that made me feel like I was catching up with old friends, and that really set it apart for me. The place was filled with the most amazing coffee aroma, and a playlist of music that instantly put me in a good mood. I ordered a latte and asked for the “Make it Smile” add on… (which was incredible, by the way 😃) and spent about an hour lost in browsing their amazing selection of holistic products, cute jewelry and trinkets, and a whole shop full of classic vinyl records that are also for sale btw. It was the perfect spot to spend my afternoon. If you love great coffee, good vibes, and supporting local businesses, this place is definitely worth the visit. I’ll be back again soon! (Many times and with a ton of friends!) ☕✨“

“I was waited on by Ian at this Minneola Starbucks on Hancock. I was impressed with his service. He was patient with me while I decided what each person in my family wanted. He was very pleasant. In fact each and every staff member in there was pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend this location of Starbucks“

“The smoothies are delicious. I love the green one. It has kale, spinach, apple juice, honey, and a couple other things. It’s really good. The environment is ver relaxing. The music is nice too. I think they had lofi hip hop playing. The chairs are very nice and the view is super. I definitely recommend this place for a great smoothie and to relax and enjoy there.“

“I have to say I was so impressed this morning , went to pickup some coffee and the cashier who was super nice unfortunately didn’t get her name helped me pick my 3 lbs of coffee and suggested the pink drink which was delicious, she told me it would be a little bit because they were very busy . So I sat a table and within 5 minutes the cashier came over with my ground coffee and said she was going to check on my beverage, I was was watching the team work they all had , it was really nice to see everyone working together a minute later my name was called and off I went with a nice start to my day .😁Thank you to the cashier with the nice smile and to all the Starbucks workers that were there this morning great job !“

Most poor reviews are due to this being a business in its first year working through kinks- service, presentation and someone who wanted a bagel to be of bread texture. Lol it’s a BAGEL 😃“

To Nathaniel and the other employees working tonight, you guys are an amazing crew! I don’t want to say too much because people are stupid and adults get mad over silly things (p.s. I am an adult) but don’t lose that positive energy and spark. That’s what phenomenal food service is about!“
