They got my order wrong, gave me half the food I was supposed to get. Overcharged me and didn't even apply my awards number to the order or let me ask for a receipt. I also had to wait ten minutes to even order despite the fact that I went at the slowest time. It's frustrating when you go somewhere for a cup of soup and you don't even get that.
Overall, the visit was decent. The food was good, as is expected from Panera. The service was adequate, and there were no complaints there.I could not give a 5-star review because of the little things.The glass doors were dirty, and small trash was all over the lobby area floor. The trash receptacles were top heavy with dirty dishes bused by customers. The food was good but the restaurant was freezing! Not sure if the heater wasn't working or they just didn't turn it on. My food got cold quick due the temp in the dinning area.
