“This KFC has the best employees EVER!! I had planned an online order and had a problem getting to the KFC in Haines City. I was going to be at least an hour late!! I called, and they told me no worries, just call when you get closer and they would start the order!! What!!! Now, that is customer service!! So I called and told them I was closer!! A few minutes later, I received a phone call from the original lady I had talked with. She asked if I had called!! I told her I had and told her where I was on the highway. She told me she would start the order!! WOW!! When I arrived, they were just waiting on the FAMOUS KFC biscuits!! They apologized! WAIT...I am the one late!! They made me feel so special and not a problem, child!! Thank you for the FANTASTIC Customer Service and the sweet kindness!!“

“The food and service was great i ordered thru the app and I got curb side. We received our food super fast. The food was delicious as always. The only criticism I have is that it took to long to get out of the parking lot because it was so busy.“

“Had a chicken sandwich, fry and a Bo shake. Sandwich and shake were excellent. I couldn't eat the fries as too much salt on them. 2nd time in a row they were salty so I won't be ordering those again. Staff at the counter was great. The music was really good and perfect volume to carry conversation.“

The chicken was crispy and those fries were well seasoned. The drive-thru was quick, the food was hot, and my diet has officially filed a complaint.
