“This KFC has the best employees EVER!! I had planned an online order and had a problem getting to the KFC in Haines City. I was going to be at least an hour late!! I called, and they told me no worries, just call when you get closer and they would start the order!! What!!! Now, that is customer service!! So I called and told them I was closer!! A few minutes later, I received a phone call from the original lady I had talked with. She asked if I had called!! I told her I had and told her where I was on the highway. She told me she would start the order!! WOW!! When I arrived, they were just waiting on the FAMOUS KFC biscuits!! They apologized! WAIT...I am the one late!! They made me feel so special and not a problem, child!! Thank you for the FANTASTIC Customer Service and the sweet kindness!!“

Isaiah is who helped me, and I tell you what..., he was fantastic! What an incredible Well spoken young man. I'm not sure of his title at work, but he looked as if he ran the entire show. Knowledgeable, patient, energetic, well spoken and seems to be an all around top notch human being. I was blown away w how hospitable and enjoyable my simple ordinary visit was today thanks to such an incredible employee. I wish I could hire an ENTIRE staff of him in my business! “The night crew was superb. Service, amazing and super friendly. Food took a good minute but why complain when the food is freshly made. But I was confused than I was told that there is no bone in chicken and they didn't have dirty rice. I loved their chicken from NC, so they were great.“
