“This was our first time eating here in Grapevine Texas location. My husband and I had a Caesar salad and a meat lovers pizza. The Caesar salad was huge and we took home half of it. The pizza is crispy and fresh out of the oven. It was a great meal. We had a friendly and knowledgeable, waitress named Kelsey. On the way out, we met the owner Luis. He was very friendly and took the time to talk about their restaurants and all the other locations they had. We will definitely be back.“

My sandwich was ok. The mushrooms thru it off a little for me and I think there was more of those than the steak. The flavor wasn’t that great and definitely needed something to add. I only ate half. Staff only brought the food to the table and there was no other interaction with them. For the price, I would expect a little more from the staff.“

For food, I ordered scrambled eggs with gluten-free toast and house potatoes. The eggs were light and satisfying, the toast sturdy enough to do its job, and the potatoes offered a crisp edge with a soft interior. Classic breakfast done well.

Since I was extra hungry (light dinner the night before, more room for wine), I also added the super greens with lemon vinaigrette. We arrived around 9 PM and honestly thought the place was closed since some chairs were on the tables. Checked online and saw they were open, so we went in. We were greeted by one employee, Adlai (I believe), and he was awesome. Very kind, helpful, and polite. He even asked if my boyfriend was sure he didn’t want cheese — something my bf totally forgot to ask for.

Adlai was working nonstop the whole time, cleaning and taking care of everything, while the other two employees were just chit-chatting in the dirty dining area.

I’ve loved Qdoba for years before many locations in Miami closed down, so it was disappointing to see how messy the place looked when we walked in. This is such a beautiful location, and it would be a shame if they don’t make it due to poor management or lack of cleanliness. I really hope they can step it up.
